Eligibility:
To qualify for the Whalers Club Rewards Program, users must:
- Be an active Splash Sports user in good standing
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Reside in a state where Splash Sports QuickPicks contests are legally available
- Have a verified account with Splash Sports
- Have completed at least one deposit and one QuickPicks entry of any amount
Users who have had their accounts suspended, restricted, or terminated for any reason are not eligible for the Whalers Club rewards program.
Program Overview:
The Whalers Club rewards program is a QuickPicks incentive program that rewards users with Splash Credits based on their weekly QuickPicks entry volume. The program operates on a weekly basis from Tuesday at 12:00 AM EST through Monday at 11:59 PM EST.
Entries are assigned into the weekly window based on the time they are finalized and paid, not when they are entered, since refunded, voided, or cancelled entries do not count toward this program.
Tier Structure and Rewards:
Users qualify for reward tiers based on their total QuickPicks entry fees during each weekly period:
- Diamond Tier: $10,001+ in weekly entry fees = 10% reward
- Gold Tier: $5,001-$10,000 in weekly entry fees = 6% reward
- Silver Tier: $2,501-$5,000 in weekly entry fees = 4% reward
- Bronze Tier: $501-$2,500 in weekly entry fees = 2% reward
Rewards are calculated as a percentage of total qualifying entry fees and paid in Splash Credits.
Qualifying Activity:
Only the following activity counts toward Whalers Club rewards program tier qualification:
- All QuickPicks entry lengths (2-pick through 6-pick contests)
- All QuickPicks sports
- All QuickPicks entry amounts
- Entries must be fully paid with Cash or Splash Credits
The following do NOT count toward tier qualification:
- All QuickPicks entry that have a promotional offer applied (i.e Boosted Payouts, No Sweat, etc,)
- All QuickPicks entries that have been refunded, voided, or cancelled
Reward Distribution:
- Tiers are calculated each Tuesday based on the prior week's activity (paid between Tuesday 12:00 AM EST and Monday 11:59 PM EST)
- Users will be notified of their tier qualification via email each Tuesday
- Splash Credits will be deposited automatically to qualifying users' accounts each Wednesday by 5:00 PM EST
- Rewards are based solely on entry volume during each weekly period—tiers reset weekly and do not carry over
Credit Usage:
Splash Credits earned through the Whaler’s Club Rewards program:
- Can be used to enter any QuickPicks contests on the Splash Sports platform
- Have no cash value and may not be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash
- Will expire ninety (90) days after being awarded if not used
- Cannot be combined with certain other promotional offers (see specific promotion terms)
- Are subject to the same play-through requirements as other Splash Credits
Limitations:
- Users may only have one (1) Splash Sports account and qualify for one (1) tier per week
- Splash Sports reserves the right to review all accounts for compliance with program terms
- Users found to be abusing the program, engaging in fraudulent activity, colluding with other users, or violating Splash Sports Terms of Use will be disqualified and may have their accounts suspended or terminated
- Splash Credits earned through fraudulent or abusive activity will be forfeited
- Coordination of entries by users to manipulate tier qualifications is strictly prohibited.
Program Modifications:
Splash Sports reserves the right to:
- Modify tier thresholds, reward percentages, or program structure at any time following written notice to users
- Suspend or terminate the program at any time for any reason
- Exclude specific users from participation due to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of terms
- Adjust rewards in cases of technical errors, system malfunctions, or miscalculations
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes regarding tier calculations, reward amounts, or eligibility must be submitted in writing to support@splashsports.com within seven (7) days of the disputed reward distribution. Splash Sports' determination of all matters relating to the Whalers Club Rewards Program shall be final and binding.
Additional Terms:
This promotion is governed by the site's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, QuickPicks Rules, Commissioner Rewards Program and Responsible Gaming Policy. Splash Sports reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. By participating in the Whalers Club Rewards Program, users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
