Sweepstakes General Terms
Splash Sports sweepstakes and free-roll contests are open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Nevada and Washington), the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of public contest or sweepstakes eligibility in their jurisdiction (whichever age is higher) at the time of entry. Contests are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for determining whether their entry into contests are legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the entrant resides.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a prize in Splash Sports sweepstakes and free-roll contests: employees, contractors, representatives, agents, directors, and officers of Splash Sports, their respective parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies, marketing agencies, and any other parties involved in the administration of the sweepstakes or free-roll, and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, and siblings and the “steps” of each); professional athletes, management and personnel; sports agents and their employees; league personnel; and sports betting operators and their employees.
Eligible entrants must create an account at www.splashsports.com. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in the contest official rules. All sweepstakes contests shall have an alternative method of entry (AMOE) for which no purchase shall be necessary. All free skill-based contests are not required to offer an AMOE.
Entrants acknowledge and agree to contest official rules (posted for each contest), the Site Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and by the decisions of Splash Sports in all matters relating to the contest.
Fundraiser General Terms
Splash Sports may, at its sole discretion, offer contests in conjunction with third parties who seek to raise funds for private causes. All such contests shall clearly state in their rules:
Fundraising contest organizer, sponsors and entrants are responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, including tax laws and regulations. Splash Sports is not a registered charitable organization or promoter.
Fundraising contest organizers and sponsors are ineligible to earn Commissioner Rewards from any fundraising contest.
