In Splash Golf Single Tournament contest, participants compete against each other in a fixed group matchup spanning a multi-round golf tournament. Each participant selects their fantasy golf roster of players by selecting and building a team of two to six players. Participants are offered two possible options for roster selection: (1) professional golfers are assigned a “salary” and users select a full roster of golfers that fits within the designated overall salary cap for their roster; or (2) professional golfers are grouped into multiple tiers and users select one player from each tier until their roster is complete. All of the selected players combine to form the roster of players on a participant’s team. The objective is to select the players they believe will score more fantasy sports points than the player(s) that they are against. The tournament will either be “standard play” or “fantasy points” based. In standard play, the total strokes of each golfer throughout the tournament are added to the team total and the participant with the lowest
cumulative stroke count wins. In fantasy points-based play, each golfer is awarded a set amount
of fantasy points (either positive or negative points) for various performance metrics such as
pars, birdies, bogies, finishing position, etc., and the participant with the highest score wins.

All Splash Sports tournaments/contests allow participant numbers to range from 2 to 250,000. Upon contest creation, participants will submit an entry fee from a predetermined range of $1 to $25,000. Larger contests will likely have lower entry fees while higher entry fees will be reserved for head to head and smaller contest sizes. Once the contest is created, the fees do not change. Further, for any Splash Sports contest there will be a predetermined prize distribution, with options that will include winner take all, prizes for the participants in the top three, prizes for the participants in the top five, double up, etc. All prizes that a participant may win are derived from the Company, and not from a pool of other players’ entry fees. The amount of the prize is known to the participants prior to entry.
Splash Sports fantasy contests are based solely on accumulated player statistics. Player statistics, including but not limited to strokes, hits, touchdowns, rebounds, strikes, overtakes, goals, assists, etc., are totaled for each day, week or season to determine a participant’s total score and placement in the final standings of the contest. Each entrant’s roster(s) must be comprised of two or more athletes. Winning outcomes of Splash Sports fantasy contests do not depend the final score or performance of a team or combination of teams.
By way of example, when playing in a golf contest using the fantasy point scoring system, each entrant’s roster of golfers shall accumulate (or lose) fantasy points based on each golfer’s performance on each hole. At the end of all four rounds of one tournament or series of tournaments, the entrant whose roster of golfers has scored the highest total amount of fantasy points is the winner.
Under the standard scoring system, each entrant’s roster of golfers shall accumulate (or lose) fantasy points based on each golfer’s score in relation to par. For example, if a golfer finishes a par 4 hole in 2 strokes, that golfer’s score for the hole will be -2 points. If a golfer finishes a par 5 hole in 6 strokes, that golfer’s score for the hole will be +1 points. At the end of all four rounds of one tournament or series of tournaments, the winner is the entrant whose roster of golfers has accumulated the fewest total strokes (and therefore will have scored the lowest total number of points).
