Whalers Club QuickPicks Weekly Loss-Back Program terms

Program begins: Thursday, October 15, 2026, 12:00 AM ET.

Program ends: The program runs on an ongoing basis until modified or terminated by Splash Sports.

How it works

Whalers Club players can earn credits on their non-winning QuickPicks entries each week. At the end of each Weekly Period, we calculate your total Qualifying Entry Fees and your Net Result for that period. If you have at least $100 in Qualifying Entry Fees and finish the week with a Net Loss, you will receive a percentage of your Net Loss back in Splash Credits. The percentage depends on your Reward Tier for that Weekly Period, as set out below.

If you finish the week as a net winner, or break even, you will not receive credits for that Weekly Period.

Weekly Periods

This program follows the standard Whalers Club weekly calendar. Each Weekly Period runs from Thursday at 12:00 AM ET through Wednesday at 11:59 PM ET. The first Weekly Period runs from Thursday, October 15, 2026, 12:00 AM ET through Wednesday, October 21, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

Each entry is assigned to a Weekly Period based on the time that entry is settled and paid, not when the entry is made. An entry counts once it is settled, even if other entries in the same QuickPicks group have not yet been finalized. Entries settled before Thursday, October 15, 2026, 12:00 AM ET are not eligible for this program.

Qualifying Entry Fees

To qualify for credit in a given Weekly Period, a user must have at least $100 in Qualifying Entry Fees during that Weekly Period. Qualifying Entry Fees include only entry fees paid for QuickPicks entries with Cash, and entries that count toward Qualifying Entry Fees are "Qualifying Entries." For entries paid partially with Cash and partially with Splash Credits, vouchers, or other promotional funds, only the Cash portion of the entry fee counts. The following do NOT count towards Qualifying Entry Fees:

  • Any portion of an entry fee paid with Splash Credits, vouchers, bonus funds, or other promotional funds,
  • Entries with a promotional offer applied, such as Boosted Payouts, No Sweat, etc.,
  • QuickPicks entry fees that are refunded, voided or cancelled, or
  • Non-QuickPicks contest entries, Entry Marketplace activity and Splash Predict trading activity.

Entries that do not count toward Qualifying Entry Fees are also excluded from your Net Result.

Reward Tiers

Your Reward Tier for each Weekly Period is based on your total Qualifying Entry Fees in that Weekly Period. Reward Tiers are calculated independently each Weekly Period and do not carry over.

Whaler's club tiers
Net Result

Your Net Result for each Weekly Period is calculated as your total winnings from Qualifying Entries settled during that Weekly Period, minus your total Qualifying Entry Fees for those same entries. Refunded, voided, or cancelled entries are excluded from both winnings and Qualifying Entry Fees.

Winnings from entries paid entirely with Splash Credits, vouchers, bonus funds, or other promotional funds are not included in your Net Result. For entries paid partially with Cash, winnings are counted in proportion to the Cash portion of the entry fee.

  • If your Net Result is negative (a "Net Loss"), you will receive credit equal to your Reward Tier's credit rate multiplied by your Net Loss.
  • The maximum Net Loss per Weekly Period is $5,000. Net Losses above $5,000 are not eligible for additional credit.
  • The maximum credit a user can receive in a Weekly Period is the maximum shown for their Reward Tier in the table above.
  • If your Net Result is zero or positive, you will not receive credit for that Weekly Period.

Each Weekly Period is calculated independently. Net wins or losses do not carry over from one Weekly Period to the next.

Examples
  • A user has $250 in Qualifying Entry Fees and $150 in winnings during the Weekly Period. They are in the Bronze tier. Their Net Loss is $100, and they receive $10 in Splash Credits ($100 × 10%).
  • A user has $2,000 in Qualifying Entry Fees and $1,600 in winnings during the Weekly Period. They are in the Silver tier. Their Net Loss is $400, and they receive $48 in Splash Credits ($400 × 12%).
  • A user has $7,500 in Qualifying Entry Fees and $6,000 in winnings during the Weekly Period. They are in the Gold tier. Their Net Loss is $1,500, and they receive $210 in Splash Credits ($1,500 × 14%).
  • A user has $20,000 in Qualifying Entry Fees and $8,000 in winnings during the Weekly Period. They are in the Diamond tier. Their Net Loss is $12,000. Due to the Net Loss maximum limit of $5,000, they would receive $800 in Splash Credits ($5,000 × 16%).
  • A user has $3,000 in Qualifying Entry Fees and $3,500 in winnings during the Weekly Period. They are a net winner and do not receive credit for that Weekly Period.
  • A user has $80 in Qualifying Entry Fees and $0 in winnings during the Weekly Period. They did not reach the $100 qualification threshold and do not receive credit for that Weekly Period.
Eligibility

To qualify for this program, users must:

  • Be an active Splash Sports user in good standing
  • Be 21 years of age or older in Massachusetts, Iowa, Virginia, Arizona and Louisiana; 19 years of age or older in Alabama, Nebraska; and 18 years of age or older everywhere else.
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where Splash Sports QuickPicks contests are legally available.
  • Have a verified account with Splash Sports
  • Have completed at least one deposit and one QuickPicks entry of any amount

Users who have had their accounts suspended, restricted, closed, or terminated for any reason, and users who are self-excluded under the Splash Sports Responsible Gaming Policy, are not eligible for this program.

Credit details

All credits will be issued as Splash Credits to your Splash Sports account.

Credits will be deposited automatically to qualifying users' accounts the day after each Weekly Period ends, by 5:00 PM ET. Credits for the first Weekly Period will be deposited by Thursday, October 22, 2026, 5:00 PM ET.

Qualifying users will be notified via email and push notification when credit is issued.

Splash Credits earned through this program:

  • Can be used to enter any QuickPicks contests on the Splash Sports platform.
  • Have no cash value and may not be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
  • Will expire thirty (30) days after being awarded if not used.
  • Cannot be combined with certain other promotional offers (see specific promotion terms).
  • Are subject to the same play-through requirements as other Splash Credits.
Relationship to prior Whalers Club programs

This program replaces the prior Whalers Club Rewards Program tier rewards and the Whalers Club Credit Back Promotion for all entries settled on or after Thursday, October 15, 2026, 12:00 AM ET. Entries settled on or after that time will not earn rewards under the prior Whalers Club Rewards Program or the Whalers Club Credit Back Promotion.

Conditions
  • Users may only have one (1) Splash Sports account and may receive credits only once per Weekly Period.
  • Splash Sports reserves the right to review all accounts for compliance with program terms.
  • Users found to be abusing the program, engaging in fraudulent activity, colluding with other users, or violating Splash Sports Terms of Use will be disqualified and may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
  • Splash Credits earned through fraudulent or abusive activity will be forfeited.
  • Coordination of entries by users, including entering opposing or offsetting picks across accounts, to manipulate qualification, Reward Tier or Net Result is strictly prohibited.
Program modifications
  • Splash Sports reserves the right to, in its sole discretion:
  • Modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time for any reason, including changes to Reward Tiers, credit rates, thresholds and maximums.
  • Exclude specific users from participation due to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.
  • Adjust credit amounts in cases of technical errors, system malfunctions, or miscalculations.
Dispute resolution

Any disputes regarding qualification, Reward Tier, Net Result calculations, credit amounts, or eligibility shall be governed by the Splash Sports Terms of Use.

Additional terms

This program is governed by the site's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, QuickPicks Rules, Commissioner Rewards Program, and Responsible Gaming Policy. Splash Sports reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. By participating in this program, users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
