To qualify for 2.5% of entry fee back in credit, a user must submit a minimum of 5 total entries, in the following contest: Splash Millionaire Survivor Revival on SplashSports.com during the promotion period.

To qualify for 5% of entry fee back in credit, a user must submit a minimum of 50 total entries, in the following contests: Splash Millionaire Survivor Revival on SplashSports.com during the promotion period.
To qualify for 10% of entry fee back in credit,, a user must submit a minimum of 100 total entries, in the following contests: Splash Millionaire Survivor Revival on SplashSports.com during the promotion period.

If a user qualifies for the 2.5% offer, credit will be awarded to the user's account after the Splash Millionaire Survivor Revival contest locks.

If a user qualifies for the 5% offer, credit will be awarded to the user's account after the Splash Millionaire Survivor Revival contest locks.

If a user qualifies for the 10% offer, credit will be awarded to the user's account after the Splash Millionaire Survivor Revival contest locks.

Free contest entries and withdrawn entries shall not satisfy promotion requirements. Splash Sports bonus credit may used to enter Splash Sports contests on the site and may not be withdrawn by the user. Credits will be applied to eligible accounts by 11:59 pm ET on October 23, 2025.
