When you win money in a contest, that money will be in your Splash wallet within 48 hours of the contest ending.
To look at contest details, select the contest on the My Entries page, then click the information icon to bring up contest rules and payout details.
To see your entire transaction history, including deposits, withdrawals, entries, and payouts, you click on your display name in the top right corner then select My Splash Account. Once on the account page, open the transaction history menu.
You may withdraw to a debit card, PayPal or Venmo account, bank account, or via check. If you withdraw to a debit card, PayPal or Venmo account, or bank account you must deposit with that payment method before you are able to select it as a withdraw option. We do not support credit card withdrawals.
Withdrawals are processed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. We do our best to process withdrawals within one business day of the request. Once we have processed the withdrawal on our end, it can take 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the withdrawal.
Yes, you may withdraw funds in any location in the United States, including jurisdictions we do not offer contests in. If you are traveling outside of the US and need assistance with a withdrawal, please reach out to support@splashsports.com.
To withdraw funds, click on your display name in the top right corner, then select Withdraw from the menu.
We currently support withdrawals to debit cards, ACH, PayPal, Venmo, and check. In order to withdraw to any payment method, you must first make a successful deposit with that payment method.
