How can I troubleshoot location verification issues?

Splash is required by law to verify your physical location before you deposit or join contests. There are multiple settings that can impact location verification or prevent you from logging in. How can I opt out of the sale of my personal information?

Splash Sports provides Users with the ability to opt out of having their personal information shared with third parties for advertising, analytics, and certain other non-required purposes. Splash Sports users can email privacy@splashsports.com to opt out of such sharing practices.

Why are you requesting that I upload identification?

In some cases, we require upload of your government issued identification in order to verify your identity. This process helps us to protect your identity and confirm that you are able to participate in our contests legally.
