Bad Beat Refunds

Promotion begins: November 7, 2024 12:00 pm ET

Promotion expires: January 1, 2025 12:00 pm ET

In order to be eligible for a Bad Beat Refund, users must:

1) Enter a paid Splash Sports QuickPicks contest during the promotion period, and 

2) Reply to the Splash Sports Instagram or X “Bad Beat” posts with a screenshot of their losing QuickPicks contest entry.

Splash Sports has complete discretion in choosing entries to receive a Bad Beat Refund from eligible entries meeting the following criteria:

Losing entry must be 0.5 points (or less) from the contest-winning entry score OR must be due to one or more of the entrant’s picked athletes suffering unforeseen events during their athletic event, such as injury, suspension of play, penalty(ies) or other events out of the athlete’s control.

If the user's entry is chosen, they will receive Splash Sports credit equivalent to the amount of their entry fee. Splash Sports credit may be used to enter Splash Sports contests and may not be withdrawn.

This promotion is governed by the site's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the Commissioner Rewards program (which may include other restrictions).
